Cardiff City owner Vincent Tan wasn't up to speed on the workings of transfers last summer, it has been revealed.
Former head of recruitment Iain Moody was axed amid claims of Tan being unhappy with the amount spent on transfers.
The Daily Mail says part of the problem was that owner Vincent Tan did not realise wages and signing-on fees would be in addition to the £34m paid to other clubs.
