Cardiff City owner Vincent Tan is willing to bankroll a deal for Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey.

The People says Tan has let it be known that he is willing to pay out £60,000 a week to Arsenal midfielder Ramsey - or any other marquee signings as he plans to spend big in the top flight.

Ramsey, 22, only signed a new five-year deal at the Emirates earlier this season, but his form has been patchy and the Gunners could be tempted to cash in if the price is right.
