Subject to a medical, Stoke should complete the signing of out-of-contract Cardiff midfielder Joe Ledley this week . TEAMtalk understands the 23 year old is due to undergo a medical at the Britannia Stadium in the next 48 hours and, should he pass, he is set to put pen to paper on a deal with the Potters despite interest from the likes of Roma, Galatasaray, Celtic and Everton. Cardiff will be due compensation for Ledley as he is under 24.

Pulis told the Stoke Sentinel: "We are aware of who is and who isn't available, but agents and players are still dipping their toes in the water and not committing themselves just yet.

"That will change as time goes on. It's just a case of everyone being patient and then hoping we can get who we want when people start making firm decisions."
