Cardiff look to welcome Arsenal's Ramsey back on loam

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is set to send Aaron Ramsey back out on loan to Cardiff after returning from a similar spell with Nottingham Forest. The 20 year old has just returned to fitness following a broken leg suffered at Stoke in February, and had a spell at Forest to get some much-needed match practice.

Ramsey joined the Gunners from Cardiff in a £5million deal during June 2008 and Wenger said the midfielder was likely to head back to Wales before the end of the transfer window.

"I am considering as well to give Ramsey one month out on loan, with a possibility of him to go to Cardiff," he said.

"I don't want him to go to a Premier League club because I want him to finish the season with us. I just look for competition for him."

Mexico striker Carlos Vela is another of Wenger's young Gunners whom he wants to get some first-team experience elsewhere, with Bolton one possible destination for the 21-year-old.

"We have plenty of clubs who are interested in him," the Frenchman said.

"At the end of the day I look for a guarantee for him to play. For him he has as well to agree to join the club who wants him."
