Cardiff City are leaving their bid for Celtic midfielder Victor Wanyama on the table.
The Daily Mail says Cardiff offered £10m for the midfielder on Monday and are willing to meet the terms of both Wanyama and his agents.
However, the Hoops have refused the Welsh club permission to speak to Wanyama.
Their manager Malky Mackay still hopes the bid will be the best on offer and that the SPL champions will reconsider - but he is weighing up a deadline for acceptance before moving on to other targets.
