Cardiff City have snapped up released Manchester City winger Trevor Sinclair.

The 34-year-old had held talks with Stoke but has already joined up with the Bluebirds in their training camp in Portugal.

Cardiff chairman Peter Ridsdale said: "We are delighted to add Trevor to the squad. He is a former England international and has experience at the top level, which is important."
