Cardiff City are joining the battle for Heerenveen striker Alfred Finnbogason.
The Telegraph says Cardiff City are making £25 million available to incoming manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Cardiff are prepared to spend heavily on a striker, with Heerenveen's Finnbogason one option.
