Cardiff City are interested in signing Hull midfielder Stephen Quinn as boss Russell Slade seeks to bolster his squad for the new season.

The battle-hardened Republic of Ireland international is yet to decide whether to accept a new contract offer from Hull manager Steve Bruce.

Reading is another Championship club who are reported to be monitoring the player

He has previously played for Sheffield United, MK Dons and Rotherham, and has made almost 100 appearances for Hull.

Quinn made 28 Premier League appearances during season 2014-15.
