Cardiff City want to bring Manchester City winger Scott Sinclair back to Wales.
The Mirror says Cardiff will have a £25million budget from winning the Championship title and are prepared to spend to ensure their Premier League survival.
Former Swansea City midfielder Sinclair, who wants to leave Manchester City, is believed to be a target for Cardiff.
