Cardiff City boss Dave Jones could be forced to enter the loan market after striker Michael Chopra was ruled out for the rest of the season with a torn hamstring. Chopra came off during the first half of the 2-2 draw with Barnsley on Sunday and a scan revealed a grade three tear.
"Totally devastated my season is over," Chopra said on Twitter.
"Out for 10-12 weeks with grade 3 tear in my hamstring. All about getting fit for next season."
Chopra scored nine goals in 29 Championship appearances this season for Cardiff, who are four points behind second-placed Norwich City.
