Cardiff City chairman Peter Ridsdale is proud of transfer speculation linking them with Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs.
It is believed Ridsdale and manager Dave Jones have already discussed the possibility of bringing the Welsh legend to his home town club to finish his career.
He could be offered a player-coach role at Ninian Park to tempt him home.
Ridsdale was playing his cards close to his chest over a possible move.
Ridsdale said: "The fact people are prepared to believe we are capable of signing a player like Ryan Giggs does go to show how far Cardiff City has moved forward in recent years."
