Cardiff City chairman Peter Ridsdale has revealed the interest of Arsenal and Manchester United in defender Adam Matthews.
The 17-year-old defender, who has made 14 appearances for the Bluebirds this season, has already been capped at under-21 level by Wales.
Ridsdale told WalesOnline: "We have had two or three enquiries and I know Manchester United and Arsenal are interested in the lad.
"But there is no agreement with any club, verbal or otherwise.
"We want Adam to stay with Cardiff and that's what we are hoping will happen."
