Cardiff City chairman Peter Ridsdale insists no offer has arrived from Manchester United for teenager Aaron Ramsey.

"I know absolutely nothing about any offer from Manchester United," Ridsdale told the South Wales Echo. "Every scout under the sun is watching Cardiff City at the moment and every player has a value.

"Aaron Ramsey is a Cardiff City player and there is absolutely no agreement with anybody for next season.

"We are building at Cardiff City, although it has always been the case that every player is for sale at the right price."
