Cardiff City chairman Peter Ridsdale says no more players will be sold before today's deadline.
Joe Ledley continues to be linked with a move away from Ninian Park, with West Ham and Wigan admirers of the midfielder.
But Ridsdale insists Dave Jones' squad will not be weakened as Cardiff chase promotion to the Premier League.
"Nobody will be leaving this football club during the current transfer window - no matter how much money is offered," said Ridsdale to Wales on Sunday.
"Dave Jones and I have agreed that and the team have been told. We are keeping this team together - and adding a couple more players.
"Our intent is to ensure there is every chance of Cardiff City being promoted at the end of this season."
