Cardiff City boss Neil Warnock has been impressed by Aleksandar Mitrovic's form with Fulham.

The striker is on-loan at Fulham from Newcastle United.

Fulham's good form has coincided with the arrival of loan signing Mitrovic from Newcastle who has gone onto score eight goals in 13 league appearances.

Speaking after his side's defeat to Aston Villa, Warnock hailed Fulham for bringing in Mitrovic.

“The striker they got on loan has been the best signing in the whole league. That's what they've been missing for the past few years and all credit to them."
