Cardiff City boss Neil Warnock is adamant they're capable of staying up.

The Bluebirds host Arsenal today.

Warnock said, "Oh yes by an absolute mile, I always knew it would be. But it's not something that can't happen, we've just got to come up with a formula. The whole club is far better (than last time) and I'm proud of bringing everything back together, every aspect.

"We've laid the foundations now for the club, looking at the training ground and getting that foundation. You've got to look for the future and that's what we're doing."
