Manchester United legend Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says keeping Cardiff City up would be the greatest achievement of his career.
Solskjaer won six Premier League title, two FA Cups and the European Cup during his time at Old Trafford.
He added two Norwegian titles and a national cup success when he took over in charge of Molde. But this would eclipse anything.
He said: "It will be my best achievement in football, better than the Champions League or Premier League.
"When you are a player, it's easy. You just listen to the manager and concentrate on yourself.
"As a manager, it's different. It's harder. You realise there is so much more to football."
