Cardiff boss Mackay unimpressed by Mourinho rant

Cardiff City boss Malky Mackay has hit back at Chelsea counterpart Jose Mourinho.

Mourinho took a swipe at Cardiff for time wasting during last week's game at Stamford Bridge.

"I remember watching Porto play Celtic in the UEFA Cup final a long time ago. That allegation was given to him by Martin O'Neill (then Celtic manager) at the end of the game," said Mackay.

"When you are frustrated it is something else you might blame. It was just something born out of the frustration at being sent off. It doesn't really bother me.

"When you look at four minutes stoppage time, nowadays that is a pretty standard amount at the end of the second half.

"Fourth officials tell you it's 30 seconds for a sub and 30 seconds for a goal.

"There were three goals in the second half, five subs. That leaves about 30 seconds of time added on, of which Willian was lying down for about 15 of them and Ivanovic got in a row for going to get the ball slowly."
