Cardiff City boss Malky Mackay hailed the influence of Gary Medel in their win at Fulham.
It was the Bluebirds' first away win in the Premier League.
Mackay said: "I look to get as many captains on the pitch. Gary Medel's an obvious choice, as and when he learns English, because he's a born leader.
"Medel ran the whole game; he orchestrated the whole game."
