Cardiff City boss Malky Mackay says he remains in charge of transfers.

Mackay has insisted that, despite recent turmoil at the club, he is still the man in charge of transfers.

The Welsh club have suffered a turbulent spell with former head of recruitment Iain Moody axed and replaced by Alisher Apsalyamov, a family friend of owner Vincent Tan.

But Mackay said: "I have the final say in terms of who comes in and goes out of the football club."
