Cardiff City boss Malky Mackay is delighted with the recent form of Jordan Mutch.
Mutch has started in Cardiff's last two matches, against Chelsea plus Norwich, and manager Mackay believes he has a player who is going to become a Premier League gem with a comfort in possession that will be key against ball-hungry Swansea.
"Jordon has shown great maturity against top players," Mackay told the Western Mail. "He is able to put his foot on the ball, carry it and has the ability to dominate.
"He has that in his locker and we are bringing that out gradually. Jordon is still only 21 and has huge potential.
"We will nurture him, work with him and if he keeps working and doing the correct things we will see his quality in performance after performance."
