Cardiff City manager Malky Mackay has confirmed that the club is keen on Oscar Cardozo.

The 30-year old Paraguayan striker has been linked with a Benfica departure this summer with the Bluebirds believed to be keen - a link which has been welcomed by Mackay.

"I know all about the quality of Cardozo, I know exactly how he plays, I think that would suit our game and his arrival would add quality to our game," he said.
