Cardiff City boss Dave Jones understands defender Roger Johnson being unsettled.

Johnson is a target for Birmingham City and Jones told BBC Sport Wales: "Everybody has an ambition to play in the Premier League.

"And if an opportunity comes up they'll want to take it, you must remember it is their livelihoods and at the moment they're not plying their trade in the division that they want to play in."
