Cardiff City are chasing Blackpool winger Matt Phillips.
The Daily Mail says Cardiff are ready to make another attempt to sign Phillips from Blackpool this summer for £3million.
The 22-year-old was a target for Cardiff 18 months but they failed to prise him away from the Lancashire club.
