Former AS Roma defender Amedeo Carboni is backing Valencia defender Adil Rami for success with AC Milan.
Rami will join Milan in January after passing a weekend medical.
"Rami has a great physique and is great with his feet," Carboni, once of Los Che, told Tuttosport. "He reminds me of Lucio in terms of his movement.
"Maybe, sometimes, he takes too many risks on the pitch. He could perhaps just boot it into the stands on occasion.
"But I think he'll fit in at Milan straight away. They have a good defender on their hands."
