The semi-final draw for the 2013/14 Capital One Cup has been made following this week's quarter-final fixtures.
Sunderland, who upset Chelsea on Tuesday night, will take on Manchester United after they advanced past Stoke City on Wednesday.
The first leg will take place at the Stadium of Light on the week commencing January 6 with the second leg to be completed at Old Trafford two weeks later.
In the other semi-final clash, Manchester City will take on West Ham United at the Etihad Stadium first before the second bout at Upton Park.
City are through after getting the better of Leicester City while the Hammers progressed past London rivals Tottenham.
