The draw for the fourth round of the 2013/14 Capital One Cup has been made following the completion of the third round matches which were played on Tuesday and Wednesday night this week.
Arsenal and Chelsea will clash in what promises to be the match of the last 16 after the Gunners edged past West Bromwich Albion on penalties following their 1-1 draw whilst the Blues are through after beating Swindon Town 2-0.
Newcastle United, who beat Leeds United 2-0 at home, will host Manchester City following their 5-1 demolition of Wigan Athletic while Manchester United, fresh off their 1-0 win over Liverpool, are at home to Norwich City who beat Watford 3-2 in extra-time.
In the remaining fourth round fixtures, Sunderland host Southampton, Fulham head to Leicester City, 2011 winners Birmingham City face Stoke City, West Ham United travel to Burnley and Hull City are away to Tottenham.
