England's former Roma coach Fabio Capello has urged Claudio Ranieri not to withdraw Francesco Totti from his attacking role.
"Totti on a footballing level is something extraordinary. In my opinion, Totti's position is as close to the goal as possible," Capello told Radio Anch'io Sport.
"[Ranieri] can invent something new, but I think that carrying Totti away from the goal would be a crime."
Capello did have some kind words to say on Ranieri's band of Giallorossi.
"Roma have a great potential, they are one of the teams that should absolutely qualify for the Champions League and they have the potential to do it."
