England boss Fabio Capello has told Roman Abramovich to make Luiz Felipe Scolari his manager at Chelsea.

The Daily Mail says Abramovich asked the England manager's advice after Chelsea's defeat in the Champions League Final and was told to make a move for the Brazilian.

Chelsea's billionaire benefactor, who dismissed Avram Grant last week, is on friendly terms with Capello after hosting the England coach at several games at Stamford Bridge this season.

The Italian was also a guest at the Champions League Final in Moscow.
