Capello: Spain won't tempt Ronaldo, Arsenal's Cesc

England manager Fabio Capello believes La Liga targets Cristiano Ronaldo and Cesc Fabregas will remain in the Premier League.

Real Madrid have long been admirers of both Manchester United winger Ronaldo and Arsenal midfielder Fabregas, while Barca are regularly linked with a possible swoop for Fabregas, who came through the youth ranks at the Nou Camp before his move to London.

However, former Madrid coach Capello does not believe either player will be gracing the Primera Liga any time soon, saying: "I think that they going to remain in England.

"The Premier League offers them a lot of money. And the teams like Manchester United and Arsenal also have a lot of ambition to win everything."

Capello was speaking in the second part of an interview with Spanish sports newspaper Marca, in which he also discussed his views on the differences between coaching at domestic and international level.

The Italian has had spells at AC Milan, Juventus and Madrid in a distinguished managerial career, but his stint at the England helm represents the first time he has taken charge of a national side.

He said: "There are big differences. One of which is very important - Real Madrid, Milan, the big teams represent a section of fans, to a large extent, but a national team represents all the fans.

"It is all the country behind you and this makes it very different."
