Capello: Sissoko made difference for Spurs against Inter Milan

Fabio Capello believes Tottenham midfielder Moussa Sissoko made the difference for Inter Milan's defeat in Wednesday's Champions League tie.

The Nerazzurri were beaten 1-0 by a late Christian Eriksen goal, but the French international was crucial in the build-up, surging down the right flank and setting up Dele Alli for a clever lay-off.

“The Nerazzurri played a good game at Wembley and they were attentive," former AC Milan coach Capello told Sky Italia.

“Then it's clear that you can't allow an opponent to run for 30 metres with the ball at his feet, as happened with Eriksen's goal.

“The Dane had a devastating impact, right from his first free-kick cross after he came on. I really liked Borja Valero though, that's the first time I've seen him play like he did at Fiorentina.

PSV? It's a game that must be played with determination, but also attention. The Dutch have good players, even if on paper Inter should win."
