England boss Fabio Capello saw Fulham midfielder Jimmy Bullard turn in a goal scoring performance for yesterday's draw with Manchester City.
"I was impressed," Cottagers boss Roy Hodgson said. "His discipline was good, he helped us with defending and it was good to see him getting forward and getting behind the opposing defence and finishing the move off.
"(The goal) was an excellent piece of football and it was a first-class finish. He struck it very well so I'm sure he'll be very happy with his performance and that the England manager was here to witness it."
