Capello expected to take Anzhi job

Former England coach Fabio Capello is eying the job at Anzhi.

Capello confirmed in an interview with Italian television that he can “rule out” working as a Coach in Italy.

However, there are strong reports he could go to Russia in order to take over at Anzhi Makhachkala.

The club parted company with current boss Krasnozhan today and Capello is the hot favourite to replace him, the other being Guus Hiddink.

Anzhi are based in Dagestan, but the team lives and trains in Moscow, including former Inter star Eto’o.
