England boss Fabio Capello is proud of his players after their victory over World Cup qualifier opponents Ukraine.

The Three Lions boss saw Captain Fantastic John Terry grab a dramatic late winner against Ukraine to make it five wins out of five in Group Six.

Now victories against minnows Kazakhstan and Andorra in June will seal our place at the World Cup finals in South Africa next year.

Capello beamed: "I'm very happy because five victories is important... 15 points.

"I'm happy for John Terry. But I'm happy for the team because this was a very tough game.

"We prepared for this and I spoke with the players before the game and we said the Ukraine players would be fresher than us.

"In the second half, we suffered because of that. Now we have two months before the next games and I hope, in June, the players will be more brilliant, more fresh, than now.

"No one stood out tonight. A lot of players played very well. They played like a group, I like this. This is very important.

"You can only succeed if you play like a team."
