Former Real Madrid coach Fabio Capello feels Lionel Messi has more natural talent than Cristiano Ronaldo.

Real Madrid star Ronaldo won his third Ballon d'Or this week ahead of Barcelona's Messi.

"Messi is more of a genius than Cristiano Ronaldo, but he is having a difficult time at the club and that may generate problems. I do not know what might happen," said Capello.

"It is a very interesting fight because Cristiano is very solid and very strong mentally. He always wants to be the best, every year. He is playing in a great team, everyone helps him and he helps the team. It is an important thing, and he also has the respect of everyone and he trains very well."
