England boss Fabio Capello admits he lost his temper during Saturday's 5-1 demolition of Kazakhstan.

Head in hands, he gesticulated wildly and cursed the mistake by Ashley Cole which led to Kazakhstan scoring at Wembley.

The normally ice-cool Italian turned to the bench screaming in frustration.

He said: "I'm not an actor. I'm like that. When I stay on the bench, sometimes I stay quiet. Sometimes, the passion comes out.

"I was angry on Saturday because I knew it was a goal before he actually scored. I saw it coming."
