Russia coach Fabio Capello says AC Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri isn't ready for the Italy job.
Allegri is among the favourites for the post after the World Cup.
"He is too young and I would advise him not to become a national team Coach, but rather continue his growth process working every day on the training ground," said Capello.
