Liverpool will hand a cut of their Luis Suarez fee to Ajax.
The Mirror says Liverpool will hand Ajax a £2million windfall as part of the £75m deal that has taken Luis Suarez to Barcelona.
The Dutch champions insisted on a sell-on clause when they sold the Uruguay striker to the Reds for £22.8m in January 2011.
Liverpool's American owner John W Henry had the foresight to cap the payment at £2m rather than offering a percentage of any future transfer - and that has saved the club millions after Suarez became the world's third most expensive footballer after Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo.
