Fabio Cannavaro believes Napoli are capable of winning the Scudetto this season.

The hometown hero who retired this summer is still keeping a close eye on the Partenopei and his younger brother Paolo.

"I think this season the Serie A title is more within their reach with the squad at their disposal," Cannavaro told RMC.

"Europe is always more difficult, even if Napoli are doing very well. They got off to a strong start, playing great games against Manchester City and Villarreal.

"However, I think they can win the Scudetto if they focus on that."
