Fabio Cannavaro is adamant Juventus will be up for their big clash with Inter Milan this weekend. Juve go into the game on the back of consecutive defeats to Cagliari and Bordeaux.

But Cannavaro says: "Such a situation is exceeded only by hard work, from tomorrow we will have to train with even more determination.

"Against Inter, a good result will help our fans forget the last two defeats. In recent years this challenge has always been full of many things and we must be confident in ourselves because it's a decisive game."

On the critics of coach Ciro Ferrara, Cannavaro added: "We're were all wrong, not just the coach. The group is aware that it is not doing very well but now we have the double challenge against Inter and Bayern Munich. Victories in both would allow us to breathe a bit better."
