Sol Campbell has vowed to stay with Portsmouth for next season.

The Pompey skipper said: "I've got a lot of ambition left. I still feel the same way about playing as I always did. I'm enjoying it and enjoying working hard, doing a lot of things extra off the field to make sure I'm fit and ready.

"It's not hard to get out of bed in the morning and put myself through it again - no, actually it is! But now I get the summer to chill out, take it easy - and then we'll go again. As long as I get my breaks I'm all right."
