Blackpool striker DJ Campbell has used his Twitter account to apologise for being sent-off at Wolves on Saturday. Campbell was shown red at Molineux as he clashed with Richard Stearman.
The game at the point was only 1-0, and Campbell has apologised Blackpool's fans for the final result was 4-0 to the home side who pull clear of the drop zone but drag the Seasiders into the relegation scramble.
Via his Twitter feed, he said: "I've let my team mates and you guys down.
"I know I play with too much passion but that's how I am. Wish I could take it back."
