Sol Campbell believes Portsmouth's season sales have hurt their Premiership survival chances.
Sulley Muntari, Lassana Diarra, Jermain Defoe and Pedro Mendes have been offloaded and Tony Adams' troops are now fighting for their future in the Premier League.
Fratton Park defender Campbell, 34, said: "We've lost four players and it is tough.
"At least eight teams are involved in the relegation struggle and we're one of them.
"But we have to get on with it."
