Campbell: Blackpool back to best against Villa

DJ Campbell says Blackpool can take plenty of positives from their 1-1 draw with Aston Villa.

Blackpool were clearly relieved to have ended a run of five successive defeats that have plunged them into the relegation scrap.

Campbell said: "We were unlucky not to get all three points, but delighted to have stopped the rot. It's a point and the way things have been, we can't complain.

"We were more like ourselves today. I don't quite know what's been missing. We've been working and trying as hard as ever, but something just wasn't clicking the way it was earlier in the season.

"Today we got back to hitting our diagonal balls more often, and supporting them really well.

"It will be a terrific achievement if we stay up and we'll fight every inch of the way."
