Sol Campbell is backing Portsmouth striker Jermain Defoe to break back into the England squad.

Pompey skipper Campbell insisted: "Jermain has a good chance of playing for England again.

"He's come down here, he's playing and he's scoring.

"He has to grab the opportunity. He just has to believe he can make a difference."
