Cameroon national team boss Paul Le Guen has called for star striker Samuel Eto'o to focus just a week out from the tournament in South Africa.
Recently, the Inter Milan man has threatened to quit the World Cup after comments made by former Cameroon international Roger Milla and was then sent off in a 3-1 friendly loss to Portugal, and Le Guen simply wants his star man to settle down and concentrate on the job ahead.
"The most important [thing] is to have Samuel Eto'o ready for the beginning of the World Cup," Le Guen told the BBC. "He had a week of holidays and now he has to concentrate on the World Cup.
"It will be very difficult to get through this [group] stage, but I am hopeful - I say it again, we can have a good team. We have to work during the next ten days and we will be ready, I'm convinced."
