Inter Milan midfielder Esteban Cambiasso insists there's no tension inside the club after Antonio Cassano's bust-up with coach Andrea Stramaccioni.

Cassano was dropped for victory over Catania.

"It's quite normal that people know a lot of what goes on," he told Sky Sport Italia after the media got hold of the story.

"Luckily for us, and sadly for you, a lot less of what actually goes on ever makes it out…

"How annoying is it that it has come now? I'd say the squad is tight because you can only win a match like this if you are all together.

"I've learned that in Italy often a side that's on edge is a winning side."
