Cambiasso a potential replacement for Liverpool's Alonso

Should Xabi Alonso leave Liverpool this summer then the Reds are lining up an offer for midfielder Esteban Cambiasso, alleges Tuttomercatoweb.com.

The 29-year-old Argentine still has a year left on his current deal, but the Nerazzurri have not moved in to secure his services beyond that date just yet.
