Henri Camara was delighted to hit his first goals in a West Ham shirt for the reserves this week.
The Senegal striker made up for lost time by grabbing both goals in the Hammers' reserves 2-1 win over Portsmouth.
"I was very pleased just to play, as I joined the club and then had to go away with Senegal which meant that I have not had much time to meet with everyone and be considered for games," he said.
"To play in this match was important and very good for me and to get two goals made it even better."
