Perth Glory captain Jamie Coyne is likely to miss up to three weeks after two small tears were discovered in his calf. Scans revealed the damage to the 27-year olds left calf and he will be forced out of at least the next two games, and most likely one more after that.
"It's a waiting game for me now to see how it pulls up," Coyne said.
"(But) I can't put too much load on the leg at the moment.
"The whole team has hit some form and we have a lot of confidence at the moment and to miss out for the next few games is disappointing.
"We had a great result on the weekend and need to back it up away from home.
"As captain I desperately want to be there to help the boys, unfortunately I won't be able to do that but I know the lads will step up and get the wins we're looking for."
